Website Terms of Use

These terms cover the website. Your use of the Orgbench plugin and extension is governed by the End User License Agreement at https://orgbench.io/legal/eula, and what either collects is described in the Privacy Policy at https://orgbench.io/legal/privacy.
1. Using the site
Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malware.
2. The support assistant
The site offers an assistant that answers questions about the product and can open a support ticket. Two things are worth knowing about it:
- It can be wrong. Its answers are informational and are not a warranty, a commitment, or advice you should act on without checking. Where an answer contradicts the product's own documentation or this site's legal pages, those win.
- Do not paste secrets into it. Not Salesforce credentials, not access tokens, not customer data. The product itself is built so that such values never reach us; typing them into a chat box defeats that. What the assistant stores and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Content and trademarks
The content of the site is ours or our licensors'. You may quote it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale as your own.
Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. Orgbench is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Salesforce.
4. Availability
We run the site on a best-effort basis and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. We do not promise uptime.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent applicable law permits we are not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
6. Buying a license
Not yet applicable. Orgbench is free during early access and nothing is for sale on this site today. When a paid tier launches, terms of sale will be published here first, covering at least: price and taxes, how a key is delivered, the subscription period and renewal, cancellation, whom support covers — support is provided to the subscription's seated users — and the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers together with what happens to it when a key is delivered immediately at your request.
Until that section exists, no purchase contract can be concluded through this site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
8. Governing law
The law of Ukraine applies, without depriving you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory rules of your country of residence.
